Trinity Lutheran Church is a congregation of approximately 280 members nestled in the rural community of East Berlin, PA.  Our church, founded in 1811, has a rich and diverse history and many of our members are the third and fourth generations of the same church family.  We offer Worship Service and Sunday School each Sunday.  Our Worship service at 9:00 am is one that blends a service of liturgy and spoken word. Communion is offered at all worship services.  Sunday School for all ages is held at 10:30 a.m. following the Worship Service.  We have classes for Pre-kindergarten, Youth 6 – 11 years, Confirmation Class 12 – 14 years, Teens 15 – 18 years and an Adult class.  We have an active music program which features our Rise and Shine Choir, The Trinity Ringers Handbell Choir, and the Trinity Youth Handbell Choir.  Our facilities are a beautiful blend of old and new.  The Sanctuary was completed in 1875.  Throughout the years the facilities have been modified and improved, the last major improvement being a $1.0 million renovation completed in 1998. This project included the addition of 4 classrooms, a music room, a muti-purpose room, social areas for small gatherings, renovation of the Chapel, new staff offices and restroom facilities, and the addition of an elevator to the second floor Sanctuary.  Last year a kitchen renovation was completed and we are proud to have a first class kitchen facility in support of our ministry. Recognizing that youth are the lifeblood of the church, a special emphasis is being directed to re-energizing our youth programs.  Come join us in “Making Christ Known”.
